We look at your setup before you commit. 50% to start, 50% on delivery.

One agreed workflow or dashboard across up to two tools, with agreed checks and a recorded walkthrough.

Delivery date agreed after the setup review. A full backend is quoted in stages, each with its own scope, price and delivery date.

Support when
you need it.

Support is optional. Your team can run the setup using the handover, or ask us for help when needed.

Small monthly support

US$120 a month for up to 4 hours of checks, repairs and agreed changes.

Availability and scope are confirmed in your quote. Larger allowances are quoted only when capacity is available. Change or cancel with thirty days’ notice.

Hours and reply times

Checks, repairs, calls and changes count toward your hours. No rollover. Extra work is quoted before it starts.

Initial reply within 8 business hours. Monday–Friday. This is a reply window; completion dates are agreed separately.

Software costs,
agreed up front.

Work in your existing tools may not need new hosting or a database. We list any plan upgrades or new subscriptions before you agree.

If the project needs a separate app

Hosting typically costs US$20–US$40 a month, and a database US$25 a month. These are planning estimates, checked against your usage. Providers bill you directly, with no Brontera markup.

Terms

Your quote also lists the scope and acceptance checks.

  1. 01

    Payment

    50% to start a stage, then 50% on delivery, payable within seven days. Work starts after the deposit clears.

  2. 02

    Review

    You have five business days to check the work against the acceptance list agreed before the build.

  3. 03

    14 days of free fixes

    Defects in our work reported within 14 days of acceptance are fixed free. New requirements are quoted separately.

  4. 04

    Stopping

    Completed work stays in your accounts, with documentation. Code ownership transfers when that work is paid for. There is no exit fee.

  5. 05

    Fixed scope, fixed price

    The price stays fixed if our work takes longer. Scope changes receive a separate quote.
