We use your enquiry to respond. Optional measurement is your choice.

What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry
We collect your name, email, company and request, plus any systems you choose to list. Your submission includes the page and referring URL, available campaign or advertising click identifiers, your browser's user-agent, country and the time and version of your permission to reply. We use these to respond, understand which enquiries came from advertising, and keep a reliable record of your request. Please do not include passwords, patient information or other sensitive client records.
Delivery and abuse prevention
Each enquiry has a unique request identifier so retrying does not create another lead. In this tab’s session storage, we keep that identifier while delivery is pending. After delivery, we keep only your name, email, receipt reference and save time for up to 24 hours, so refreshing can restore your confirmation and optional booking link. Starting another enquiry clears that receipt. This functional storage works independently of optional measurement. Our server derives a protected rate-limit identifier from your IP address; the lead record does not store the raw IP. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses in security logs. Technical errors are recorded without copying the full enquiry into application logs.
If you book a call
After sending an enquiry, you can choose to book through Calendly. We load its calendar only when you choose a time. Your name, email and enquiry reference are passed to Calendly to fill in the booking and connect it with your request. Calendly handles its own privacy and cookie choices. We store the confirmed time and booking changes in our business records; Google Calendar and Meet handle the appointment and call. You can skip booking and arrange a time by email instead. Calendly's privacy notice.
Optional measurement
If you allow measurement, this browser stores first and recent visit attribution for up to 365 days. That can include campaign names, referring sites, landing pages and advertising click identifiers. We then load our Google Tag Manager container, which may send page and successful-enquiry events to configured Google analytics and advertising services. Those services may use cookies. We keep advertising personalization denied; this choice does not enroll you in a remarketing audience.
Until you allow it, we do not load those tags or persist visit attribution. The form can still include information available on the page where you submit it. Declining measurement does not affect your ability to contact us.
Sales measurement
If you allow measurement when sending your enquiry, we may share its Google advertising click identifier and later milestones with Google Ads: a qualified enquiry, a call held, a job agreed or a first payment received. Each includes the event time and an internal reference to avoid duplicate counts. A signed job or payment also includes its value in US dollars; the other milestones have zero value. This helps us understand which ads lead to useful conversations and paid work. These milestone uploads do not include your name, email, phone number or enquiry text, and do not use enhanced conversions.
Change your choice
Use here or in the footer. We remember that choice for up to 365 days. Choosing essential only clears our saved attribution and accessible Google measurement cookies, stops future optional measurement on this browser and reloads the page if tags were already running. It does not erase information already sent to a provider. Browser settings can also clear site storage. To withdraw measurement permission for an enquiry you have already sent, email sebastian@brontera.com with your enquiry reference.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and handles requests. Supabase stores enquiry and business records with restricted staff access. Our Google email account handles the personal reply and operational lead notification. Google processes optional measurement only when permitted above. Providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell enquiry details, add you to a mailing list or send an automated marketing sequence.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to 24 months unless an ongoing conversation or legal requirement calls for longer. Engagement and accounting records follow the requirements stated in the engagement agreement. Email sebastian@brontera.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw permission for future contact. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own information. Rights can vary by location.
Client project data
This notice covers the website and enquiry process. Access to data for a paid project is governed by that project's agreement, permissions and data protection terms. A public enquiry should describe the problem without including live client records.
Using this website
Published prices and times describe the stated scope. Access approvals, available APIs and agreed acceptance criteria determine the written quote and start date. The signed agreement identifies the contracting party, scope, payment terms and applicable law. An enquiry does not create a paid engagement.
Halden Mechanical and Verity Group are fictional businesses with generated data. Their dashboards demonstrate an approach; they are not customer results. Product names belong to their owners and do not imply partnership or certification.
Code is built in your accounts. Ownership of commissioned code transfers on final payment, subject to the signed agreement and the licenses of third-party components. Commissioner and B612 Mono are used under the SIL Open Font License, with license files served alongside the fonts.
