What do you mean by a backend?

The system behind your day-to-day work: your client database, staff workspace and the connections between your tools. It can handle onboarding, bookings, payments and follow-up.

Do I need new software?

Often, no. We check the tools and plans you already have before recommending anything new. Extra subscriptions are listed in your quote.

Can I start with just a dashboard or one workflow?

Yes. One agreed workflow or dashboard across up to two tools, with agreed checks and a recorded walkthrough. A full backend is quoted in stages, so you can start with the part you need first.

Who owns the work?

Your accounts stay yours. Code ownership transfers on final payment. You receive the instructions, and ongoing support is optional.
