How we work

Start with the part you need most. We agree the scope, price and delivery date, then build and test it with you.

From contact to launch

  1. 01

    Contact us ↗

Tell us what you want to build or fix. You can book a call after you send the form.

  2. 02

    Agree scope and quote

Choose what’s included and agree the price before work starts.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We build in your accounts and test the work against the agreed scope.

  4. 04

    Launch and handover

Review the finished work, then get a walkthrough, the code and operating instructions.

The 45-minute call and quote are free. For a first project, allow about 4 hours of your team’s time for planning and review.

You have five business days to review the build. Defects reported within 14 days of acceptance are fixed free.

Workflow and dashboard projects start at US$750. Full backends are quoted in stages. See prices and payment terms.

Your code and accounts.

Your tools and any new code stay in your accounts. Custom code ownership transfers on final payment.

Your team or another developer can take over using the documentation. Third-party tools and license terms are listed in the agreement.

Data security

Security requirements are agreed before the build. Brontera does not have a SOC 2 report.

  1. 01

    Your accounts

Your accounts hold the tools and code. Temporary access and data handling are agreed in the scope.

  2. 02

    The access your system needs

Dashboards use read-only access. Backend changes use the permissions agreed in your scope, with dedicated credentials where supported.

  3. 03

    Revocable access

We document available logs and how to revoke access. Credentials stay in an encrypted manager, outside the code.

  4. 04

    Security review

We review your requirements and record the providers, data regions and IT approvals in the scope.

Support and changes

A step does not happen

Defects reported within 14 days of acceptance are fixed free. Later work uses your support allowance or a separate quote.

A connection stops updating

We agree how failed updates are recorded and recovered. Ongoing checks depend on your support scope.

Access is delayed

Delivery dates move with access delays. A smaller first stage may be possible.

You need something different

The fixed price covers the agreed scope. Extra work is quoted before it starts.

You want to stop

Stop after any stage and keep paid-for work. Change or cancel ongoing support with thirty days’ notice.
